Return and Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your robotic mower or accessories, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
2. Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at [customer service email] or call [customer service phone number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased during clearance sales
8. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any shipping costs incurred, as per Australian Consumer Law.
