Charging problems with your Automower
The mower doesn’t start charging when docked or charges intermittently. We diagnose battery, contacts, and station alignment.

Unusual noise during mower operation
Strange sounds while mowing may indicate debris caught in the cutting system, damaged bearings or a faulty motor.

Cutting disc not spinning
When the blades or disc don’t rotate properly, mowing performance drops. We inspect motor function, blade condition and related sensors.

Blue flashing light on charging station with loop error
A flashing blue LED can mean a boundary wire break or poor connections. We locate faults and restore proper wire continuity.

3G/4G connectivity issues with Husqvarna Cloud
Sometimes poor connection means the Automower Connect PCB needs replacing, especially if your mower has a 3G module, which is no longer supported in Australia.

Poor wheel rotation or traction issues
Sluggish or uneven wheel performance may suggest worn wheel motors, clogged drive mechanisms or issues with terrain adaptation.
Boundary wire repairs and replacements
We help repair damaged boundary wire using a professional cable tracer to quickly locate breaks. However, if there are multiple faults or if the cable is old and repeatedly patched (e.g. scratched insulation or twisted joins), repairs can become time-consuming and ultimately impractical. In these cases, we can offer a full reinstallation using Husqvarna’s heavy-duty 3.4 mm original cable, designed for durability and long-term performance.
