A practical fit for different commercial grounds
We assess the lawns and their operating requirements, whether you manage one property or a portfolio. Start with the areas where regular mowing takes the most time.
-
Corporate offices
Presentation lawns and staff outdoor areas, with mowing planned around daily use.
-
Business parks
Shared grounds, separate tenancies and access that needs coordination.
-
Industrial properties
Suitable lawn areas around buildings, away from active vehicle and loading zones.
-
Managed property portfolios
A consistent approach to assessment, handover and service, tailored to each site.
Work with your existing grounds contractor
Your contractor can continue looking after the property, including edging, gardens, debris removal and seasonal work. We can provide the robotic mowing assessment, installation, commissioning, training and technical support alongside that service.
For contractors adding robotics to their offering, we agree the arrangement with you and your client. Clarify equipment ownership, routine checks, alert handling and service costs, so everyone knows what their part includes.

Keep visibility across several properties
With compatible connected mowers, Husqvarna Fleet Services lets your team view machine status and adjust mowing schedules remotely. We discuss the connection setup and how the right people will access and use it.
Each property still needs someone responsible for local checks and access. Map out who responds to an alert, how a service visit is arranged and what happens during an interruption. Remote visibility is one part of that working arrangement.

What we work through on site
Include your facility manager, grounds contractor and the person who can approve access or installation work. We will assess the practical details together.
- Daily activity: staff and visitor movements, deliveries, operating hours and when lawn areas are clear.
- Mowing workload: lawn area, growth, required finish and time available after charging and travel.
- Site layout: slopes, wet ground, traction, gates, crossings and areas requiring manual mowing.
- Installation: charging, power, service access, connectivity and satellite reception for a proposed EPOS setup.
- Property arrangements: landlord approval, access permissions, site induction and coordination with other contractors.
- Operating responsibilities: routine checks, irrigation, temporary exclusions, alerts and backup mowing.
Build a repeatable approach, one site at a time
-
Establish the starting point
Record the current mowing routine, paid labour, travel, equipment costs and presentation requirements at one suitable property.
-
Install and hand over
Agree the equipment and scope, configure the work areas and train the nominated people in routine operation and checks.
-
Review before expanding
Compare the finish, mowing completion and interventions with the starting point. Assess the next property's conditions before extending the approach.
A business case your team can check
Include installation, equipment, power, connectivity where required, blades, servicing and remaining labour. Keep travel and call-outs visible. Count fewer contractor visits as a saving only if the agreed service actually changes; other grounds work may still require the same visit.
If staff time is reassigned, show what that time will be used for. Cash savings and time available for other tasks are different outcomes, and both deserve clear assumptions.
Questions from facility managers and contractors
Can we keep our current grounds contractor?
Yes. We can work alongside your contractor and agree the division of work with you. The operating plan should identify who checks the mower, clears the lawns and contacts us for technical support.
Can mowing take place outside business hours?
That may be suitable, depending on access, neighbours, irrigation and the site's use after hours. We assess the available mowing window and agree a schedule with the people responsible for the property.
Can one setup be copied across all our properties?
Use a consistent planning and handover process, then assess each site's layout, reception, workload and access separately. Equipment numbers and installation requirements can differ even between properties with similar lawn areas.
What happens when the site layout or contractor changes?
Review boundaries, schedules, access and operating responsibilities whenever they change. We can discuss remapping or additional handover support, with the scope and costs agreed for the work needed.
Can you provide an assessment before we choose equipment?
Yes. Share the location, approximate lawn area and current maintenance arrangements. We can assess suitability and prepare an equipment and installation proposal, including the servicing and manual work to allow for.
